What does it really mean to listen to the body?

Listening to the body is often misunderstood as something immediate as if we could simply stop and know exactly what is happening.

But the body doesn’t communicate in clear answers. It speaks through sensation, through subtle changes in breath, tension, temperature, and internal rhythm.
To listen is not to interpret quickly, but to stay. To allow sensation to unfold without forcing meaning. In that space, the body doesn’t need to be corrected. It begins to organize itself when it is met with attention.

If this is something you want to explore more deeply, this space can be held together.
