From doing to feeling

Many of us learned to relate to the body through action through doing, improving, achieving. Movement becomes something we use to reach a goal, rather than a way to experience ourselves. Over time, this can create distance from what we actually feel.

Shifting from doing to feeling is not about stopping action completely. It is about changing the way we relate to it. Allowing space for sensation, for pauses, for moments where nothing needs to happen.

In that shift, the body is no longer something we use, but something we begin to inhabit. If you feel the need to slow down and explore this differently, you can begin here.
